👤Eligibility and User Account

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our consent
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

💳Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through certified payment providers. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• Payments are credited instantly to your account balance
• Account balance does not expire
• We do not store full credit card data on our servers

• Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by external factors
• We reserve the right to reject orders that violate our policies

All content on the ViralUrMusic platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons and images, is the property of AJ Nodes Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the musical content you promote through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AJ Nodes Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ViralUrMusic in the last 90 days.

• You initiate unjustified chargebacks

In case of termination due to terms violation, no refunds will be made of any remaining balance.
