🚀Delivery Method
All services are delivered digitally through email, your account dashboard, and directly to the relevant streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and others). No physical product is shipped.
⏱️Delivery Timeframes
- Single & Album Distribution: Delivered to streaming platforms within 3-7 business days after order confirmation and receipt of your audio files and artwork.
- Music Editing, Mixing & Mastering: Completed and delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Cover Art Design: First drafts delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Playlist Pitching & Promotion: Campaigns begin within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
- Artist Profile Setup & Verification: Completed within 3-5 business days, subject to platform approval times.
Please note that final publishing times on streaming platforms (such as Spotify or Apple Music) may vary, as these are controlled by the platforms themselves and are outside our direct control.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and instructions for submitting your audio files, artwork, and any required information.
🤝Customer Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on receiving complete and correct materials (audio files, artwork, artist details) from the customer. Delays in providing these materials may affect delivery timeframes.
