At ViralUrMusic we are committed to providing high-quality services. This refund policy clearly outlines when refunds can be requested and when they do not apply, in accordance with UK Consumer Law and EU consumer protection regulations.

Since we sell digital services that begin executing immediately upon order confirmation, we apply a specific refund policy detailed below.

When Is a Refund Granted?

✓ YES — Refundable

  • Technical error preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate or incorrect charge
  • Service not started within 7 days without justified cause
  • Service delivered significantly differently than described
  • Unused account balance after account closure (subject to verification)

✗ NO — Non-refundable

  • Orders already started or completed
  • Dissatisfaction with results within normal ranges
  • Change of mind after service has started
  • Content deleted by user after placing order
  • Account suspended for terms violation
  • Welcome bonus ($1 free credit)

🔄Refund Request Process

Contact support Send an email to contact@viralurmusic.com with subject "Refund Request" including your username and order ID.

Case review Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of the resolution by email.

Resolution If the refund is approved, it will be processed as account credit or refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

⏱️Request Timeframes

  • Billing errors: up to 30 days from transaction
  • Service not delivered: up to 14 days from expected delivery date
  • Deficient service: up to 7 days from service completion

Requests outside these timeframes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our team's discretion.

💳Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are preferably processed as credit to your ViralUrMusic account
  • Refunds to the original payment method may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • We cannot refund to a different payment method than the one originally used
  • Refunds are made in the same currency as the original payment

🛡️Consumer Protection

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under UK law or the law of your country of residence. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you have the right to:

  • Contact your credit card provider to initiate a chargeback
  • File a complaint with the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body
